How will you affect the business?
  • Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in a high quality and timely manner.
  • Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
  • Nurture relationships with your buyer in the client organization as well as with the day-to-day client representatives.
  • Guide your team members in addressing a client’s risk management needs through consultative conversations.
  • Mentor Client Service team members through continuous learning, transparent feedback and strong talent development.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure your compliance to standards and service level.
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within your Gallagher systems.
  • Use Gallagher's technology to improve your productivity and quality.
  • Effectively manage multiple competing priorities.

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR-
  • High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License
Desired:
  • A minimum of 1+ years supervisory experience.

The Branch Client Service Associate is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients by assisting with the Branch’s overall workflow processes and providing routine client support. This role reports directly into either the Branch Client Service Management Manager or the Branch Client Service Supervisor. The Branch Client Service Associate contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG’s value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Supporting the business priories of Production team members and the Client Service function.

Adhering to efficiency/productivity and process standards such as data and documents requirements, timelines, tool usage, etc. Assists with the Branch’s overall workflow processes.

Creates documents, certificates, etc. using appropriate systems and resources, which may include communications, forms, certificates, reports, etc

Required:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years directly applicable experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic Math skills
Desired:
  • Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
  • Previous experience managing client relationships.

This position is responsible for producing new business and servicing existing accounts.

List of Essential Duties:
  • Develops and acquires new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients with emphasis on small to mid-size companies with high revenue.
  • Provides service to clients according to their needs, retaining them as clients.
  • Participates in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel.
  • May manage overall client relationships and is supported by day-to-day account management.
  • Assists, educates and develops other staff members in new client sales situations and existing client service requirements.
  • Applies industry technologies to new sales, additional sales to existing clients and account service.
  • Provides direction in account transfer situations.
  • Prepares and implements an individual business plan and production budget.
  • Develops and maintains interdivision/intercompany relationships consistent with our corporate culture.
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR;
  • Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR;
  • High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience with appropriate insurance licensing required.
