Michael J. Ilardi

Michael Ilardi is an Area Vice President with Gallagher where he specializes in healthcare risk solutions for physician groups, hospitals, healthcare systems, physician staffing groups, and other medical organizations. Michael works with healthcare providers across the United States, helping them navigate complex medical malpractice, cyber liability, and enterprise risk management challenges.

 

Michael partners with healthcare organizations to develop customized insurance and risk financing strategies that protect providers while supporting long-term growth. He works closely with executive leadership teams to address clinical risk, claims management, physician liability, cybersecurity exposures, and emerging healthcare industry trends.

 

Before joining Gallagher, Michael worked in sales and client relationship management, building a strong foundation in customer service and strategic advisory services. Since joining Gallagher in 2022, he has focused exclusively on healthcare and has become a trusted advisor to physician groups and healthcare organizations nationwide.

 

Michael earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southwestern University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas. During his academic career, he was a collegiate baseball player and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society.
