Jack McClain is a Risk Management Advisor with Gallagher who serves as a strategic business partner to organizations navigating complex business and risk challenges. He works closely with leadership teams to understand their operations, uncover opportunities, and develop risk management strategies that support long-term business objectives and financial performance. Since joining Gallagher in 2018, Jack has advised clients on a wide range of risk management and insurance matters, including property and casualty, workers' compensation, professional and general liability, cyber liability and management liability. He partners with organizations to optimize program design, strengthen coverage structures, and navigate an increasingly complex risk environment.

Jack has developed significant experience serving healthcare organizations, including physician groups, hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers, while maintaining a diverse practice across multiple industries. Clients value his ability to simplify complex challenges, challenge conventional thinking, and proactively influence outcomes rather than simply reacting to them.

Jack earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Washington.
