John joined Arthur J. Gallagher in 2017. He has extensive knowledge of the entire Healthcare landscape from traditional Property & Casualty placements to the varied at-risk contracts with Commercial and Government payors and programs. John strives to be an extensive of his clients’ risk management team by providing value-added services beyond tradition brokerage of insurance.

John attended Clemson University in Clemson, SC earning a degree in Economics and History. He is a Florida native and now has his roots firmly planted in Houston, TX. After college, he had a successful career that taught him how to serve customers’ needs while running a successful business at Enterprise Rent-a-Car. His healthcare experience started in 2009 serving the entire care continuum at HealthPoint and Smith & Nephew. During his time, he helped providers, organizations, and patients achieve superior outcomes while helping lower total cost of care.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. They can be regularly seen on the soccer fields around Houston as she is an avid youth soccer player. He is active in the community giving time to the Houston Food Bank, local YMCA, and his daughter’s school. John is a passionate about Clemson University athletics, the Houston Texans, and virtually any outdoor activity.
